An employee who is regularly scheduled to work thirty-two (32) or more hours in a bi-weekly pay period is eligible to participate in the benefits plan. Specific Weekend-Only positions may be eligible to participate in the benefits plan. To learn more about Special Weekend position benefit eligibility, ask your Recruiter for full details.

GVH offers three comprehensive medical plans by Independence Blue Cross:  
Essential, Enhanced, and Plus. Participants in the wellness option will see a $10 discount on their medical insurance per pay period. Flexible spending accounts are also available. 

Employees have the option between two dental plans through Delta dental.  Both cover preventative services at 100%.

Employees have two vision plans options through Vision Service Plan (VSP). Vision benefits include annual eye exams, glasses and contact allowances.

Benefits will begin on the 1st of the month following your start date. 

Depending on your employment status, tuition assistance can cover up to $5,250 per year for full time/weekend employees or $3,000 per year for part-time employees.
   
Tuition Assistance is paid in advance prior to beginning the course. If the employee does not maintain/meet eligibility and commitment criteria, Our policy stipulates that the money will need to be repaid to Grand View Health. 

Grand View Health pays one times your annual base pay. Additional Life Insurance is available through Voya for full time and part time employees to purchase at discounted rates for self, spouse and children.  

Grand View Health employees have access to discounts available through TicketsatWork™ and Vizient, Inc.™.  

Employees have free use of the Cardiac Rehab gym for all employees Monday through Friday from 5:45am to 6pm. Additionally, discounted child daycare centers are available to employees through Grand View Health’s onsite Children’s Center.
